Individual Pricing

Different compressors have varying numbers of replaceable parts, and the parts themselves differ in precision and manufacturing requirements, which influence their cost. For example, IHI compressors use precision angular bearings that are factory-matched in pairs based on clearance and balance. These bearings come with a signed factory certification of their selection.
Similarly, some compressors weigh over 20 kg and require parts to be fitted with tolerances as small as 0.05 mm, translating into hours of work by a multi-person team to complete a single regeneration.

Service Completion Time

The turnaround time is 3 to 14 days. This is due to the required curing period for assembly adhesives to achieve full strength and the hardening time for new rotor coatings. This period may be extended in the case of uncommon compressors for which we do not have parts in stock or compressors with severe damage requiring custom-made components.
